Question: Can you get banned for buying gametime with in-game gold?

I know it's probably common to be banned if one is a seller, but what if one is a buyer of game time with in-game gold? Is it possible to be banned or they just remove their game time? Do you know of any real examples?

they will just remove the game time(which doesn't normally happen with small amounts anyways)
worst case scenario is that you'd be in eligible for the next annual pass

I suspect the 'expired' game time one buys would be common indeed. Though that'd be unimportant compared to bans.

I worry that they can trace easily the banned seller to the buyer. Even if they don't ban they may flag 'naughty' or so.
