Chances of unbanning old main account from 09 (GB banwave)

Hey everyone, just wanted to hear your opinions about unbanning an account from 2009. The account was banned in a Gatherbuddy banwave, and i have bothered blizzard alot on the account trying to get it unbanned..

Well tried with a twink account .,. 3 tmes (all called) No luck at all

Pretty much zero chance, i appealed my first account banned in jan 2010 3 times. Same answer everytime. i even offered them a pic of a cake last time.
