Best way to transfer lots of gold from 1 server to another?

Hi,

I will be transfering with my main to a different realm shortly. Over time i have made over 200k gold which i'd like to take with me. Unfortunatly I can only take 50k actual gold with me due to blizz restrictions. Therefore i'm looking for suggestions on which items would be a good investment. Keep in mind that i can't really buy stuff in bulk cause there will be limited bag and bankspace available to me. So the usual ores, bars, volatiles, gems wouldn't really work here. I'm also a bit careful when it comes to buying epic gear...

If you want to make money this won't work, but you can try buying the epic darkmoon cards that vendor 1k-5k from people for like 50-100g above normal price. Then you can bring as much gold as you want.

Buy the 5k Mysterious fortune cards.

buy the Embers or w/e for crafting in firelands.

buy BoEs that will sell on the new realm.

Buy a rare mount (depending on how much your xfering... Spec. tiger and etc)

oh just wondering, would you open the fortune cards or make cookies out of them?

I meant buy the pre-flipped ones that vendor for 5k gold, but you can make cookies out of them or flip, making cookies is better because you get buff food and the same card when you use the food.

I'd buy the vial of sands mount. when i x-fered i could buy them for around 35k and resold them on my new server for 45k. or better yet, try and buy the companion pets from argent dailies. usually sell for 2-4k now. but it takes a while to unload them all.
