I got scammed, I have a question.

Some guy in trade chat was trading 15k gold for a battle chest key, so I bought one(we were talking over MSN) and when I gave it to him, he blocked me on MSN. I gave him my yoyonation feedback(+32 positive) to show that I was legit and stuff but he was all "Oh I got scammed today" and all that bullshit. I made a ticket saying my account got stolen, but is there anything that I can do to get this account back/banned/anything?

You may try if you still have the real Battle Chest thingie standing around somewhere and you can photoproof to the company that you are the "lawful" owner... But I guess your chances are pretty low

I called Blizzard and told them my battle chest key got stolen, and then I said it was a digital download, they asked if my account information they asked for when I called was the one the key was billed on, and I said yes. They looked at the transaction history, saw the key, and then said the key has been deleted and that I've been refunded(took around ten minutes for a response after I was asked to hold). Don't say you got scammed or anything, simply say your key got stolen(pretend you don't know shit about computers, just say "oh no my key got stolen I don't know how it was a digital download and it didn't work)and they'll delete the key that you bought and refund your money.

It's safer to trade with verified people or to buy what you want on a famous website.
I've also got scammed when I bought some WoW gold from an unknown person....
