    Shoulder enchants, still possible? (7/22)

    Is it still possible to get the shoulder enchants and the cenarion rep head enchants on twinks as of today July 22nd?

    I just talked with a GM and they said they have no policy on it so I can't be banned, and would like to do this... can anybody confirm if this still works?
