[Question] Can I be banned from buying in bulk from a botter?

Recently in trade, a guy was asking for a JC so I whispered him. He offered me a proposition to sell me loads of ore for a discounted price.
I jumped on this offer, added him to friends and every day, all day he is online, so I'm 99% sure he's a bot.

I'm now his soul customer, buying from him an amount of 15K-20K a day, and reselling, smelting and prospecting.

What are the chances I can get banned if he gets caught boting, as I am buying 99% of what he gets?

None? How can you know he bots? How can anyone that wants to buy ore know that the seller bots?

You can't get banned, I used to do the same thing on my server.. It's actually very smart.
