wtf do you do to get ur booty bay to friendly(for insanity)

hello before the 4.0.3 patch i was working on my insanity title so i got the bloodsail people to reveared and now booty bay and other other ugly goblins hate me now. before i was doing dire maul runs and botting at the pirates for 3 rep a piece


im trying to do the insane title so what do u suggest to get a quick friendly status? they added a bunch of quests that involve booty bay and yet they screw the bloodsail people by not adding anything....(or maybe i havent found?)

Just bot the pirates tbh, at neutral you can choose to quest but it doesn't take long on pirates really if you're botting there for good chunks of time.
