If the victim does not have the "Block Trades" option selected in their settings, then you can close their bank/guild bank window by trading with them. Might work with out things, but I havn't tested with anything else though.

-According to XpLoDWilD it will also work with quest windows.
-According to Frito, it will stop you from fishing.

Somewhat common sense, but is hilarious if the person does not know how to block trades.

This is VERY VERY VERY popular on my server.
People in STV during the fishing contest will get their guildmates to run around and gank the other faction, and when they see people of their own faction they spam /trade with them because it stops you from fishing.

This also works for professions (like when your crafting/enchanting/disenchanting). It's happened to me a lot in the past, and it can get very annoying :P
