Someone in Beta wanna help me out with a problem?

I can't decide a faction to play. Luckilly, I have a end all way to decide which one. See, I've wanted to hang around in Gilneas, but then learned it's being quested in by forsaken. Then learned their enemies are the Seventh Legion and GLF. So here's something I'd like a dude (or dudes) in the beta to check for me.

1. Playing alliance, are the Seventh Legion and GLF NPCs friendly to you?
2. As horde, after the quest where Godfrey kills Sylvanas and the GLF retreats, are the NPCs still in Gilneas or are they phased out/phased into forsaken?
