How can i get an account banned ?

Hey, i have another question to you guys.

The question may sound silly, but dont think about that

I want blizzard to ban my own account (i have everything, PW Question, Acc name, OO and so on), which is atm played by another player. He should get an email in which blizzard wants him to send them a copy of his identity card or something like that. What should i write them, something like my account got hacked and i want them to check if the original owner is playing at the moment ?

Send an email to Blizzard disputing the ownership of an account, and give them the information. It is actually preferable to call them on the phone, and they will lock the account temporarily over an ownership dispute.
