About Guest Accounts

I signed up for a Guest account, to try some stuff out. Noticed you had to type in Card details (did this anyway, just because i thought i could remove them on account page) but was wandering, if they ban one account, do they ban all accounts linked to it, by name, CC number, IP etc? Or just that one account?
