3.3 Patching Issues, anyone got suggestions?

    I get this error:
The source data for a patch file could not be located. (Patch: "base\Creature\Dragon\DragonOnyxia0064-00.anim". Output: "Creature\Dragon\DragonOnyxia0064-00.anim".) (CopyPatchConverter::Repack)
To check this installation for problems, click the "Repair" button. The Repair tool can automatically fix many update errors.
When I try to patch up. I've done my googling and such, and everyone says to either run Repair (which I've done many many times, to no avail) or run in Administrator mode (which I've tried, even though my account's admin anyways. Still no new result. D
Anyone else have any good ideas?
BTW: I've reinstalled. Twice. To Different Drives. And gotten patches from entirely different mirrors (frist time from blizzard, second time from rapidshares on wowwiki.)

    D: Kinda stuck here,

I have seen this issue where the patch stops during the download when my players had security software present on their PC and the software senses information being downloaded from the internet that could potentially be a threat to the computer so it stops the installation around the 70% mark.

Try allowing it to patch under safe mode with networking to get around this.
    Blizzard Support

    Or try specific patch download
Free Game Downloads - Game Demos, Game Videos, Game Mods

If you are on Windows 7 , you can also try the following steps:

Go to the WoW folder, then Updates folder.
Look for the 3.2.2 to 3.3 patch (There will be a small padlock on the icon)
Right click, then Properties. Go to Security Tab
    Click the Advanced Button
    Click the Change Permissions Button
    Click the Add Button
Enter Your Computer Admin user Name (Usually just go to the Start menu and see what your name is on the top right hand side.)
After typing, click the Check Names Button
    Highlight the name, click OK
Check Full Control and click OK
Click OK on the Advanced Security Settings for wow-3.2.2-to-3.3-enUS-Win-patch window
Click OK in the next Window
Click OK or Apply in the Properties Window
Right Click "Run as Administrator" on the Launcher.exe
    You should now see progress.

I am running Windows 7. Going to try those steps now, but I've even tried Safe Mode already (with networking) and same issues.
And I don't have any conflicting security software, either.

EDIT: ****ing piece of crap still didn't work. '-_-

hmm thats weird. Does it always stop at the same percentage mark?

Are you positive there is no things like AlarmZone or Internet Security on?

Always stops at the same point.
Now I'm having more trouble, I tried safe mode one more time, and now, I cannot boot my computer up NOT in safe mode.
If I try to run startup repair, or any other sort of boot tools, even things like disk management, they almost load, and then just kinda freeze. Same happens when I try to load Windows normally.
    HALP
And no, I'm not going to give away my security preferences here, but I do not have those two or anything thats conflicting, that's for sure.
