Probably through wall jumping, other wise mountain climber and a number of ways through model editing.

My friend got there once, was pretty cool to see that warrior trying to charge him You jump up in.. can't explain it really.

Yea prolly edited his way there.. Easy as pie. But immoral and don't suggest trying it that way.
