Alright, there are hotkeys for noclip and superfly.
You press numbpad 0 to open the hack menu in-game.
You get DCed because you have to be MOVING to change your speed, if you change it when standing still, you'll get DCed.

Pressing Num Pad 0 (With Num Lock on) will hide, or bring up, the WoWInfinity window.

Num pad 1 and 2 are the hotkeys for NoClip and SuperFly (1 = NoClip / 2 = SuperFly)

When activating/deactivating a speedhack (Alt+Shift+#) make sure you're moving, or else you will get disconnected. (I'm pretty sure you can do one or the other without moving, I'm not sure which one, so I've always just made sure to move when doing either activating or deactivating)

When you get disconnected, log out, die, etc. make sure you turn off SuperFly and NoClip, or else you'll get disconnected, and possibly slapped with the 'cannot validate blah blah blah'.

As far as the tracking, I always do Humanoids first to make sure it works, I'll find somewhere I know a humanoid is, then click the tracking method on, wait a few seconds, if nothing pops up, just click it off then back on, repeat.
