Help with my WoW server

hi, my friends want to get acess to the data base and i cant seem to get them on. heres some screen shots at what i done

If you put a password for it the password is case-sensitive so.. Try making the password all lower case and tell him to type the password in as all lower-cases.

hmmm thanks. but it did not work

Well I don't know... All I can think of is to make sure you put everything in the right place and you typed everything and that your friend typed everything correctly.
