Need some advice in regards to item creation for WoWEmu

Hey there MMOwned, I was hoping to be pointed into the right direction as far as being able to make items for a WoW private server. I have a program called Item Maker, works great until I get to the part where I want On Hit: or On Equip: spells, I am confused as to what to put, is there a spell list of some sort? Its hard for me to find a guide on exactly how to make weapons with those effects without mucking something up.

Same problem with wanting to make item sets, how might I go about doing that? With set bonuses, etc.

Would appreciate any feedback, thanks in advanced.

The list of spells is in:
\Scripts\Spellcost.txt

There you'll find the id's next to the names at top.
