A permanent temp. ban?

Ok I got banned on Tuesday for what I assume was speed hacking. I was temp. banned at around 1 PM Central time. I never got an email regarding the situation and I knew it was a 3 day ban. Well it's been around 4 hours since I was supposed to get my account back and I've already sent them an email about the situation. I've already got banned once before and I had got sent an email promptly. I'm just wondering if they perma banned me but it just says temporary ban...Is there any other way I could try getting it back? I tried looking for their number on their site but all I could get were automated responses. Would anyone mind giving me some advice on what to do or at the very least give me another number to blizzard that can get me someone live?

The number thing is a noob question but bear with me here heh. I thank all in advance ^^. And yes I was speed hacking.

BTW: How would you assume speed hacking? Do you not know what you did that was against the rules? :P

I've been doing things wrong in the game and got in trouble for a completely different reason so I just *assume* it's what I'm doing currently if anything at all. :P


Edit: Also I never heard of a seven day ban, most I have ever been banned for is 3 days. I wonder why it isnt in blizzard ban page.

Also do you know blizzard's account problem thingy number and if so mind teling me?

How do you know? Even so, why does it say temp. ban on the login page?
