Is there a way to access the Court Yard if you already completed the quests?

yup, im taking it your horde since your info says you are. you go to the jail cells, clear them obs, find the horde guy in the last cell, open up the cell.. and talk to him, there sohuld be a thing saying, "could you open up the door for us?" or something like that about opening up the door, he'll say yes and walk to the door and open it up into the courtyard

Thanks Blue I must have been bugged when i was in there cause i couldn't even talk to the Undead guy tried it again and it worked
