[Question] Frozen WoW Account.

On Friday, when the weekened started, I wanted to play my main to 58, and go to Outlands. But then, my prepaid time had ended, and I went to account management.. and my account status was "Frozen", I tried clicking the "Setup Subscription" and choosing one of these, that I use, but it gives me just "Payment Method Blocked"... And I haven't done anything bad? What does this mean, but then when I try adding a Pre-Paid Time Card, It allows me to do it..

-So what should I do? Buy a Card? Tell me about this and I'll also +Rep you.

maybe your payment has been charged back? the bank transfer method will become unavailable once this happened. ask the billing support.
