Just uploaded it for you.

First you have to download the addon MetaMap from any addon site (e.g http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=3331). Once copied to your addons folder extract this file (http://www.uppit.com/XJ2AT -MetaMapEXP.lua) in to your interface\addons\metamapcvt folder.

Now log in to WoW and make sure the metamap addons are enabled. Click the metamap icon in the top right hand corner of WoW (when logged in) and from the drop down menu click Extended Options. Click on the database tab and then click 'Import Module' and then after that click the import button under User File.

Once all of that has been done click the metamap icon again and hover over Notes Filter and make sure all the notes are enabled.
