Well. There is, but it's complicated and even if you pulled it off, I can guarantee they'll notice. And it's all theoretical at this point. I've heard people say it worked in the past, but I haven't known anyone to try since newer patches.

First, you have to get CheatEngine, and get it past Warden. If you can hide CheatEngine enough to run WoW at the same time, great. Now you need to roll something that can change their variables easily, such as a Warlock (HP/MP) or Paladin (Immunity, Holy damage, mounted speed) and get the necessary skills. Already have one? Great.

Next, you need to find what you want to change. Switch to windowed mode and get Cheat Engine lined up nearby. Let's assume you want to freeze your HP so you never take damage. Start a search for an unknown initial value. Get into a fight, and take some damage. Search for "lesser value," or whatever it is. Keep doing it as you take more damage. Once you kill the enemy, let your health start going up, and search for "greater value." Keep doing this until you are left with ONE value. This can take a very long time, mind, but if you really want to, it's the most straightforward way I can think of.

Once you get the value, double-click it, it will bring it to the list at the bottom. Click the box to "freeze" the value, and you should be invulnerable. The same basic thing can be done for your stats, as long as you have items that can modify them when you equip/unequip.

You can't just search for your HP by number, because many games (tower defense flash games, for example) that keep values such as HP will require you to multiply the number by 8, or 24.

Good luck getting CE hidden, and not getting caught when you come out of Sunwell. :P
