Here it is. fake, clearly. For one, on real items the Chance on hit normally comes after the Equip, i'm pretty sure, and plus, on an older version of that screen shot ive seen, it states that the equip would give 100% crit chance for the next 15 seconds, which makes no sence for a passive. >.< its clearly photoshoped, actully problem used paint, considering the quality...

There was a multi hack a while back for 1.8 i think that teleported you in combat so u can continuasly kite it.
