[Question] Changing Last name of an Account?!?

Hey guys i have an account and i was wondering if you are able to change the last name of it, i know people say i am getting married but wont they want

Marriage Documents (license)
Drivers License with that last name
etc....


Wont they want proof besides an email?


If not could someone post a thread that was made about this tip or trick.

There's a possibility that they'd make you use a notary though right?
Which in that case I would suggest not ****ing with it, cause they'll know it's a fake most of the time.
