HELP! Looking for a Private Server....

I was going through MMO's list of private servers, but I couldn't find a specific type...

To put it painly, half a year ago, I was playing on a private server where you are instantly 70, and you start with D1 or T1. You would go to battlegrounds kill other players get money for it, and you would buy better gear with the gold you got from kill them... Does anyone know a server like this? I'm so tired of custom items or everyone has S3. Want a server where you work for your PvP gear, heh.
