I need help

i messed up my world of warcraft game to the point where i need to re-install it.
i might sound retarded or something, but can i put in the same authentication key? or what do i have to do?
advice, or anything would be nice.

ok, go to start, all programs, go to World of Warcraft, and click World of Warcraft - Uninstall, let it uninstall, then just re-install the game is what i do. the auth key was only for your account, so you can just install it without the key, your account shall still be there, since all of it is saved to blizzards servers, so when you re-isntall you don't need your authentication key, and you dont need to worry about your account being gone.

I don't believe you need a key. Not sure as it's been a while since I've installed wow, but I thought it just went off your account online. I guess thats not a lot of help for you though.
