Changing Mac-Address?

Okay as lots of you know, the Mac-Address is basically you're computer's address, no, it's not mac version of IP!!! (Jareth) Lol.

I have read some stuff about changing it, and was wondering if anyone could post a guide in scam / scam help section for getting unblocked from paypal. I know many people are blocked from paypal with "limited access."

I'm sure if you were to post a guide on how to change Mac-Address, or even a way to get unblocked from paypal (limited access) You'd get oodles and oodles of repcookies!

It usually depends on your router, search up some Youtube videos on how to change your mac address with (insert random router name) router.
