Arena Season 4 (June 24th/25th)

Arena Season 4 has been announced and will begin on June 24th (US) and June 25th (EU).

For a list of item states, item prices, rating requirements, etc. go have a look at MMO Champion (can't post the link). Only information I think is missing currently would be the reduced prices for Vengeful items.
