How can I get a transportation?

I don't experience it to ride in a transportation here in WOW? Are you going to buy it or you need to level up higher so that you can ride in a transportation? What is the specific transportation can I ride?

Your first mount comes at level 40, casting a total of 100g (without discounts)
It speeds you up 60%

If you're a warlock or paladin, you get yours for esentially free at your level

Your second mount comes at level 60
Speeds you up 100%

And at 70 you get your flying, and epic flying mounts, costing 1000g for flying, and 5000g for epic flying.
Flying: 60%
Epic flying: 100% running, 270% flying



If you are a shaman you also get ghost form at level 20, 40% increase
And a druid can get a speed increase through talents in cat form (30% i believe), and also in travel form at level 30, for 40%

the Epic flying mount is 280% isnt it?
you can get a 310% flying mount too with lvl 70. But you have to win almost every arena game
