auto-it? how does it work

how does auto-it work, i got it downlaoded but how do i make a .au3 file to compile?

well ur best bet is to look at the help file and there is like a sample .au3 and what not, i rember a tut for when i first started but that was a while ago..
ok found it go Here.
and on the left choose My first Script(Hello World) in the tut section..
and move to the next tut(automating notepad)
and so on after a little while u'll catch on..
