I got a dispute from a chinese account buyer company claiming that they can't add a gamecard to the account. Anyway i got these two options while in resoloutioncenter.
"Issue a full refund to the buyer"
I guess this is like "i give up"
"I would like to end communication and escalate this dispute to a claim with PayPal"
I don't know what this means, when I read the "learn more" it says something about a 20 day timeframe.
"Disputes are subject to a 20 day timeframe. You or the buyer can escalate this dispute to a claim with PayPal within 20 calendar days of the date the dispute was opened. A dispute that is not escalated to a claim will automatically close and any funds that were being held will be available for withdrawal.
We encourage you to work with the buyer to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The buyer can escalate this claim at any time, but is less likely to do so if they feel that you are working with them towards an amicable resolution."
Does this mean if I choose this option I will receive the disputed money back? Or do I have to argue with paypal?
+rep for good helpers
cheers
