I really need help! About Pics!

How do I make Captured Screens from when I press Print Screen into images I can upload onto sites such as Imageshack and Photobucket?!?! I really want to know. I did it once, but I forgot, so someone please help me!

1) Push Print Screen
2) Open up paint
3) Click on any other tool (just select something, doesn't matter)
4) Push and hold Control, then push V (to paste)
5 ) After you're done with the picture, save it to a place that you will be able to find in a few moments (making sure, for imageshack, that it's within the limits of:
' jpg jpeg png gif bmp tif tiff swf < 1.5 megabytes. '
First ones are how you save the file, what you save it as, and second is it's size
6) http://imageshack.us/
7) click on the (CHOOSE) button, find the file where you saved it, and click (HOST IT!)

It's pretty easy ^^
