Replacing WoW sounds with custom sound files?

Can this be done? I recently downloaded MpqViewer | World of Warcraft Tools | World of Warcraft @ Curse.com and I can find and listen to WoW sound files. I was wondering if it's possible to replace some of the WoW sounds to custom sounds (ie. Tauren death -> "Never Gonna Give You Up") or something like that.
