Can People Get Their Accounts Back?

If lets say you buy an account of Ebay (hypetheticly speaking). You pay legit and everything they give you full info. You get your email changed phone number. Is it possible for them to call Blizz provide the secret question answer to the account and get it back? Thanks in advance

Yes they can, I've known some one that did that before. You just take a picture of the game case and the CD Key, give past credit card numbers, past phone numbers, past email addresses, past passwords and alot of other stuff and they give you the pw back.
