Looking for someone to start a project with.

Hi, first of all i want to say that i couldnt find relevant forum for the thread so if it does not fit in this a moderator can move it.

My name is Jonathan im 29 years old and live in Sweden.
I used to host my own private servers back in the days from tbx to late cata , some sucessful servers and some less sucessfull.
I have been away from wow for 5-6 years and since i found my old server pc in the basement i got some nostalgi rush and wanted to do something about it.

I would love to start a 3.3.5a server with someone that have basic experience as me or even more would be better.
i kow all basic stuffs in databasing and ofc everything ingame. i can handle seting up a website and even maintain it.
a partner with a bit of c++ or other code lang woud be awesome.

as i wrote i found my server pc and therefor i am able to offer the server 24/7 hosting without any need of think about payments.
the server has 6GB ram and a intel proc with 3ghz dual core, so its not the best but more than enough for a start up. Windows server 2019.
i have a 500/500 fiber connection so lag wont be a problem on network side.

making a server takes full time, is insane work
many tried to grow their own server and just got disappointed and burn time + money

also those days lots of shady servers are made just to infect player's PC with RCE Exploit,
just saying is hard to grow those days, i personally lost trust in private servers, if you rly are motivated you can try to grow it 1 year

i hear you and couldnt agree more but since i have this server just running i was thinking it could be worth a shot im really up for everything between vanilla and cata. mop is where wow died for me in retail. Cata could be fun.
