you can use a vengeful retreat lag macro with a dh for this and you can also use moonkin form wild charge with lag as well to get over to the various towers. its a long process but its well worth the view. the continious wild charges is just editing, it actually takes about 10 to 20 mins to get to the tower i landed on.

/cast Wild Charge
/run local t = time() + 15 while time() < t do end

jump and then click the macro once, once you unfreeze just click the macro once again and repeat the process until you are at your desired destination.

to set this up to work for a dh just replace the "wild charge" with "Vengeful Retreat" and hit the macro twice instead of once.
