Get under nazjatar.

Second or third quest of nazjatar zone questline you need to talk to the flying guy in purple bubble (bad with names, sorry!) if you instead of directly heading to wreck and sliding down from it (he catches you) like regular somebody would, head to the right side of it (rocks) and slow fall + blink to land then turn the quest in, he bugs out, after spending some time in his grasp, you can talk to him and ask him to lower you down. He lowers you down a little and drops you, when you do the trick though, right after he drops you, your character starts swimming around nazjatar, you go way out of bonds, then crash into mountain and it stops when you're inside mountain / under nazjatar. You're able to swim, however fatigue kills you rather fast, you can swim to Eternal Palace, etc etc.

I'm not really an explorer, but I thought you guys would like it, if this is a repost, or badly written or there is not enough information (can ask me!) I'd rather see it deleted

Easier way to do this is have a mage at 120 and blink into rock at newhome, looks like no one is interested so I won't go into much detail
