Get Into Gilneas (new method)

Although this technique has been known for a while I thought it was worthwhile releasing an optimized method for getting into the Gilneas starter zone.



(For those who are concerned about me releasing this, Blizzard know about it, the basic method is already public and has been for two years, the entire zone doesn't work that well anyway
so it is very unlikely there will be a fix).
