What is this region on the east of ogrimmar?

"Lost Isles" from goblin race questline after Kezan

Lost iles and kezan are on the same map file, they are not located within kalimdor. This area should be something else as it is unfinished texture as shown in the picture above.

Yes they are, but Blizzard once planed to add them to Kalimdor early in development. This idea was abandoned to make sure goblins wouldn't leave until they're done with their quests.
If you don't believe us, remember that goblins were supposed to navigate toward Azshara until they had their accident. This area shouldn' be available ingame though, so if you actually reach it, tell us.
