Okay, how to do it. Go in an instance, go out, reset. Now repeat four times. You'll get loading screen then it says you can't enter.

Nice find, but setting them to Heroic is better, it gives you a message that you can't enter it while it's on heroic. if you're keyed for said dungeon then just bank the key(or delete it, they're just 9g).

Yeah, some instances have invisible walls there, like Stratholme main entrance. It's just too bad.

Done this a long time ago in Strat while farming for the flute, I'm assuming you found it the same way :P

Opening the door and going out results in a perm fall, with a death after so long. Don't do it :/
