Now about the quality of the video , i really don't know what happened i guess youtube ****ed it up...

Well basically what you got to do is go to the Trade District , climb on one of those torches (jump on them) , and jump on the wall , then walk to the wall and you should fall , this hasn't been fixed for ages . Is blizzard sleeping ? :P
