392+ ilvl loot from Dragonflight rares

Item level drop from super rares in Dragonflight is capped at 385, but if you didnt killed some of "one time" rares, their loot can scale higher than 385 cap from super rares, this is definetly oversight.
You can find out which rares you can still kill by checking your achivement (exploration > dragon isles "Adventurer of the.....")

1. Dont kill any one time rares during leveling and while you have shitty gear
2. Get atleast 380ilvl
3. Kill one time rares for chance of 392+ ilvl gear

Edit: FIXED, with m+ release max ilvl from super rares is increased to 392

yes, drops from rares scales with your item level. If you have poor item level you have zero chance of getting good items (you can get upgrade but item level will still be shitty).

this is currently the only way how to get best items in game
