[Minor] Perma Unique Sunglasses (Buff)

There's an NPC called Nuptuk that gives you a pair of unique sunglasses in the form of a buff. The buff's intention is for you to see/catch the Battle Pet Whitewhisker, but-

Thing is, strangely, this buff has no timer to it. It doesn't disappear when you leave the zone, or go to any other zone. It also persists through portals, toys, shapeshifting, death, log-offs, ect. It functions as a permanent head slot mog that you never have to pay for, and with a unique model to boot.

Exploitative capabilities is pretty much limited to saving money by not spending anything on head mogs as it will automatically override anything you put on. Plus, again, this is the only way to get this glasses model afaik as the Cosmetic version called Shaded Spectacles didn't make it to Live in Shadowlands.
