Free profession levels

Seems to only work with crafted items like gear / reagents, but not enchants.

1.) Open profession window
2.) Open mailbox
3.) Put reagents for craft in mailbox, get the message ready to send the mats to an alt.
4.) Craft the item to about 90% cast, then send the mail.

You get the increased level, no reagents used, first time craft bonus unaffected (you get nothing but the level)

Edit: Depending on the timing, you can get your first item bonuses without using reagents via this method.

Edit2: Sometimes reagents will disappear, relog to fix. Also, deleting items works the same as mailing. For high level patterns that require you stand by the crafting tables, just delete 1 cheap reagent that would otherwise prevent the craft.

What's your roughly MS? Cuz for me, deleting don't work. Sending seems to work

did you relog? it should've came back. I got all the way to 100 using high stuff. My ping is 60ms. I'm also macroing it with my keyboard tho.

can you explain the delete method a bit more?
i also cannot do it without the mailbox. it either says missing material or consumes it if i wait to long.

I just deleted it before the cast finished. I was doin jewelcrafting.

yeah sadly, Item and Materials are gone, I crafted a 386 Item. Now I keep spamming tickets, but they close it, due big volume. So I lost a BIS Item for next 2 weeks.

I got MS of 10 and used Delete Method tho

damn that's rough. My buddy is testing it right now and it appears to be working, he's also doing jewelcrafting though. I did the 386 item 65-100 without issue.

Small update, due the lag, I destroyed the shoulder instead of the Material. They restored my shoulder, I recrafted them and got Diamond. So worth it

Appears to be fixed? The mail method doesn't work. Can anyone confirm?
