Easy Pre-patch event gear and tokens

While this is not really an exploit i doubt it is intended and i didn't really think this fit in the guides section but anyway move if needed.


So bosses tend to pop at timed intervals (From boss death i think) and don't appear to have any kind of cool down timer on kills but what i found is that you can farm many of the bosses very quickly by simply joining cross realm groups then as soon as the boss dies join another then repeat untill you run out of groups.

using this method i was able to farm 10 bosses in 17 mins.

Since most of these places are pretty packed with players I use the following 1-button macro to level up my characters while farming the essences:

/targetfriend
/follow
/cast [@targettarget,nodead] [] Shadow Word: Pain

The macro targets a random friendly player and casts a spell (in the above case Shadow Word: Pain) on that players target. Due to the amount of players, pressing that macro over and over again
results in the character running around and tagging most of the available mobs. Sometimes a manual reset is necessarry, however, whenever we follow a player that is leaving the area before switching away.

I have a much better macro , make group , mount up and go surf on net while you leech , on my 11 char now.
