Quick Leveling using 5 account (multibox)

Not 100% if it falls under exploits or clever use of mechanics but figured I'll post it.
Basicly you want to make 4 accounts under your bnet where you make low level chars for dungeon runs
You want to do 1/2 runs and then recreate the alts since they get weaker when reaching higher levels.
So depending on your survivability you have to check how much runs u do.

Allied races are easy to use since they start at 10 and I can get straight into action.
Create heirloom for head, neck, cloak and trinkets for more dps since u don't start out with this.
After 1/2 runs delete the low level boosters u made for this purpose and recreate.
You don't wanna do more then 2 runs, the dps gets to low and not worth the time.

TIP: Incase you use trial accounts make sure to loot bosses or you cannot delete them due the pending mails

Basicly low level have insane level scale dps allowing you to zerg though mobs.
The lower the level the higher the dps, I use burning crusade or lich king dungeons for speed and quests.


What I use in setup
3 low level mages (arcane)
1 low level monk (mistweaver)
1 char I want to level (druid in my case)

You basicly want to use arcane explosion/spinning crane kick on trash.
On bosses just go for arcane blast and zerg them down.
You might wanna watch the mana a bit in the start as you get the hang of it. Try not to go oom

I am not gonna explain the multibox topic there is enough on Google.
Multiboxing is allowed however officially key broadcasting software is not allowed anymore.
Personally I use the program Lidc I don't think it's detected and doing dungeon boosts should keep save from reports.
However note, keybroadcasting software is not allowed so use at your own risk, I am not 100% sure of the detection rate of multibox software.

How come you getting no EXP debuff though?

Because you never talk to the twink npc to turn off your exp, you're just limited by your account status. Doesn't give the debuff that way.

isn't there a way to get to this dungeon faster? every time I have to create the characters and have to walk to get to the dungeon it takes a long time.

You are not supposed to walk there, that takes to much time and not worth the XP.

- Use random dungeon queue to maximize xp, and get a bonus after each dungeon.
- Use Party Sync if u level more then 1 character at a time since u can redo dungeon quests once per day, example I am leveling 38 druids and I utilize each character to do 5 levels per day and swap to next.
- Talk to chromie for right content, personally I use Burning Crusade mostly, but Lich King and Pandaria also works.

Depending what software u use, in LIDC u can set FPS for background windows, so I set all other windows on 10 FPS.

Other then that what I personally do is copy the _Retail_ folder and rename it to something like _mb_ (standing for multibox)
So my settings in this wow client will be ultra low, and just for the purpose of multiboxing.\

Since u use 2 monks u can use 2x Cracking Jade Lightning on bosses for dps boost.

I notice since 10.0 pre-patch the bosses hit a bit harder then before so its a bit harder to do this.
However still possible, its easy if you level a class which can heal/tank so u can run with 1 monk
but yeah depends on ur needs.

Until level 45 it takes me about 30 minutes for 5 levels, so I think speed wise this is not bad, however every 5 levels I switch to next character so I keep using rested potential

The setup is quick (1 macro : target-follow-assist).

I didn't lvl fresh characters since a long time, so I don't know if it's really quick vs efficient questing.

Thanks Strath2121 too, that works with starter lvl20, less hassle this way.
(Not on every dungeons if you lvl a class that can't heal / tank., because you have to take 2 monks and some bosses hit too hard for the group. Maybe it's tied to my performances problems too).

With 5 windows 800*600 on lowest graphic seetings I barely have 5-10fps (5600X, 3070, 16Go Ram, 5 folders WoW on 1 NVME).
Still "playable" but sometimes the group wipe after a freeze, so i'm not sure if that's worth it in my case...

Anyone have advices on how to boost fps please ?


(BTW : Don't forget to enable war mode on lvl 20 !)

Yeah thats also possible, I kinda finnished multiboxing for now (all my chars are 50+ now)
But I noticed huge performance issues since DF prepatch when multiboxing, so its a bit more difficult I guess.

Try keeping it a bit simple
