    Quest item upgrades for non legion quests.

    After doing the legion scenario and unlocking my class hall. using resources to upgrade Auspicious Fortune (Increases the chance for quest rewards to get a rare or epic Bonus Upgrade from non-repeatable quests). I am getting upgrades to TBC quests and im guessing this is working for other expansions too. So this allows for upgrades to other items that cannot be obtained in further rarities. I have an epic Perfectly Balanced Cape. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

    May not seem like a big exploit but you can get epic quest items with 2/3 gem slots at level 10 which is HUGE considering they get a slight stat boost (usually 1 stat)
