1. Start the maw intro and level through to "By and down the river".
2. Take your quest pets to Calcis and kill rares/elites with your npc army.
3. Gain experience very fast.

Because there's a limited number of worthwhile mobs to farm there's a good synergy with dungeons,
but its not essential.
