Maldraxxus Altitude

The World Quest "Buggin' Out" in Maldraxxus has an Extra Action Button that on use launches you high into the air and then changes to a landing ability.

However if you realm hop after launch the ability resets, allowing you to keep launching yourself indefinitely.

After enough height you can glide to anywhere in Maldraxxus.

How is the person in the video realm hopping so quickly. There an addon doing something in the back ground? If I try joining a random quest group in group finder, I have to click my roll, wait for the other person to accept, then click ok on the invite. By the time I do all that I've fallen back to where I was.
