INSANE: +10% damage, +10% HP and +10% avoidance in Arena

An Ardenweald world quest called "Shaking Shrooms" gives you one of these 'debuffs' when you click them.

They stay for 1 minute and don't disappear in arena!

When you click the mushroom, you need to be in a raid group in order to avoid the quest to be completed; so the mushroom stays up!

So, create a group with a friend and sign up for arena then switch the group to raid, then, wait about 30 seconds when it procs and spam the mushroom in order to get all 3 debuffs.

When you have all 3 debuffs, just enter the arena and profit!

Works also with dungeons, BGs, etc. but they are too short to make a difference.

Very true, the tip we talked about before, I found a way to use it to afk level. Its slow but doable without disconnects.

Just tried this for Rated BGs, I can't confirm in terms of Arenas, etc. but for Rated BGs it does not work.
