I think it might be fixed on US though, I can't do it on stormrage(US)

EDIT: The colored text macro on page 1 works, I can still send out colored messages, but my picture macro seems to be busted and not work anymore.

both of you within 10 minutes o.O I spent 3 hours before EU maintenance posting different pics and maps in trade... Even made a TBC era colored text macro... will share if anyone wants it.

The "XXXXXX" part is for the color code. use https://htmlcolorcodes.com/ and replace it with whatever color you want to use for your chat messages. to remove, simply do /reload or /run scm=0. if you wanna change to a different color do /reload first

Was messing around with this, lost the macro but you can change it back using this:

/run if(not scm) then scm = SendChatMessage; end; function SendChatMessage(msg, type, lang, chan) scm(msg, type, lang, chan);end;

Then you can just use the original to make an item name then switch back to normal without reloading UI and link it

While pictures are unfortunately fixed, colored text still works. I've been using it in guild and group chats for over 2 weeks without a new mute now, as well as whispering random people with comically named fake legendaries.

or better yet, use this to print it out in chat rather than making a macro outside of the game. changeable in the same way.
